My mother-in-law loved it and she said and I quote “The kick of garlic on the chicken is mind-blowing” it’s one of the most delicious and healthy recipes, I served my daughters this with a side of noodles and they really loved it. It’s a posthaste, tasty, nutritious, cheap keto meal. Works great as fast dinner or wholesome lunch box. It will become a go-to favorite.
This keto chicken is loaded with healthy fats, lean protein, and veggies and will keep you satisfied for hours. All you need is 45 minutes of time and a baking pan or skillet and your on your way to keto taste of heaven.

Keto Roasted Garlic Butter Chicken with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2½ lbs chicken legs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt (if not already salt in the Italian seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Toss chicken legs with olive oil and seasoning.
- Put the chicken legs, skin side up, in a baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken reaches 165 °F (74 °C).

- Mix all the ingredients to the garlic butter in a bowl. Set aside.
- Serve the chicken with the broccoli and garlic butter.
Garlicky parsley butter – yum! Italian-seasoned, moistened chicken with crispy skin – coupled yum. It turned out delicious. I did one modification though. I skillet-fried a chicken for a fraction on high flame and after that carried it to a baking dish. It came out yummy and juicy from inside.
