To say the truth, I love my family but they are not an easygoing squad to deal with in the morning! I try to be considerate and thoughtful. Every other kid is eating candied sticky cereal, and they miss it, I get it. They miss Pop-Tarts and Go-choco and all the other amusing names for sugar. We live in a country where we are barraged by a drug at every corner, and this drug is legal and deadly, and this drug is sugar, it’s not fair to any of us.
So I came up with a new breakfast recipe everyone can concur to, Keto Breakfast Pepper Rings! I usually make my breakfast once I see everyone off but yesterday everyone cheered when they tasted what they were sure they would hate!

Keto Pepper Rings
Ingredients
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 8 Eggs ½ lb Breakfast Sausa
- 4 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Coconut Oil
- 1 dash Salt & Pepper
The peppers in the recipe are used as a little holder, or boat, for the egg and sausage. This makes a fine, little thick and easy to serve a dish that everyone will love. You can switch up the colour of the peppers you use since all bell peppers have a similar taste. This makes for a nice display if you’re serving it at a lunch.
