If you have a new year resolution to lose weight, I’ve made this Keto Breakfast Bowl. With so many low-carb diets out there, it may be hard to find recipes that can be fulfilling enough to fit into most of them, but I found that this Keto Breakfast Bowl can satisfy all the needs for some of the most common low-carb diets.
For this keto-recipe, I just made Keto breakfast Bowl with 6 ingredients, put them in a bowl, and bedewed some seasoning on top for some extra flavour.

With keto-friendly recipes, it is all about the fat! Keto is using fat as fuel instead of carbs. Not only is the keto diet high in fat, but also very low in carbs. The fat in my Keto Breakfast Bowl is from bacon, avocado and eggs.

Ingredients
- 1 lb hot breakfast sausage we opt for
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients until combined. Divide the mixture into 28 balls and place in a 10.5" cast iron skillet (or baking sheet if you don't have a skillet) and bake for 25-30 minutes until the sausage balls are golden and cooked through.
