- Lemon wedges for presentation
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sweet relish
- 1 Tbsp shallots, minced
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp capers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
